chopping springs?!?!?

hey pplz.. id like some info from pplz who have actually chopped their springs or stronger springs from other cars.. i was told from a mate that the only probs he had was that he had a stiffer ride and when he hit speed bumps going to fast it sounded like the springs moving around...
i dun really wanna hear crap from pplz who have neva dun it..

very very rough ride in my mates car, he has a VL turbo w/ chopped springs, feel every bump, i dont like it at all, at top speeds on a bumpy road u nearly hit your head on the roof.. not only that, but it is illegal... would be better to save up a few hundred $$ and get something like king springs...

its silly , and illegal . Pay money for real springs and lower your ride SAFETLY.
