EG rims on an old excel?

hey fellas, i have EG rims left over from last car and was wondering if they'd fit on an old (1987?) excel.

excel is 13" with 4 stud.

anyone know?

take the rim off the EG, and and try it out!!

I have a feeling they run different offsets - best bet is to ring a wheel and tyre place and check :)
