I was just wondering if its possible to swap the shocks and springs from a GSI with from a Type R.... All i want to do is go down 2 inches but still keep the ride comfort.... I really dont want a stiff ride... any other suggestions how to have a comfy ride but still go down 2 inches on my integra...

Yes you can - the front shocks will fit in nps , BUT you will need the rear lower control arms off an integra type R , or a EG6(imported) , this is to fit the rear shocks.
Type R is very good suspension and will be slightly lower than your GSI ride.
Perhaps , purchase some lower sprigns liek eibach sportlines and fit them to your stock shocks ?

pinto, the stock dc2r suspension ssetup will only lower your GSi by 0.5". :)
Rear LCA's will cost you between $50-80 a side.

Whats the deal with coilovers i have read in other forums on this website that its only good for track... I was going to lower my car around 1.5 inches to 2 inches as i jsut got some 17 inche mags and there is a huge gap between where the tyre ends and the body starts.. I thought getting adjustable springs would mean that when i put a body kit on i could either rise it or lower it as needed...I was looking at getting the Ground Control ones that everyones been mentioning... At the end of the day i really dont want a bumppy or a rough ride... in place of getting koni yellow shocks if i have to wat else would be a cheaper opinion....
