hey guys i bought a sub and a amp off some guy off this forum and i im having trouble to install them in my car....currently i connected the sub on my headunit...so im asking if any guys from sydney could give me a hand...

dude i dontknow how to connect the sub to the amp and amp to the headunit???

amp to headunit = RCA's
amp to sub = speaker wires
amp to power = power cables
best to get someone to do it professionally man... ;)

not suppose to hook sub to HU anyway, wrong already, just like J-mun said if you want someone to do it for you PM me and i'll give you details they do very very good job

You also forgot to mention the Remote wire from HU to amp....
Also ground the negative wire...

hey mate i'm from Sydney also, my brother is an audio technician, he can do the setup for you if you would like.. Just PM me your details and we'll take it from there.

sounds like u dont know the first thing about having it installed
better to get someone who knows what they're doing or you'll screw something up

Its a simple job but if you really don't know what you're doing you're better off letting paying someone to do it. Here's a reference site you can have a read up on Installdr (http://www.installdr.com/) . If you dont have any cabling and stuff you can always go to jaycar, they can help you get all the cable you'll need. You'll need at least a 4gauge power cable and earth cable, a set of RCA cable and some speaker cables.
