is it true i can't put seat covers in my euro?

i bought a black euro from the dealership 2 days ago (taking delivery in a week), and i was told that i can't put seat covers in it because of the side airbags.

is this true? if so that sux, it was bad enough that they didn't offer the black interior for a black car (wtf..)

but i liked black so much that i decided to live with a beige interior if i could just use seatcovers to prevent it from getting dirty...

oh and yeah i bought the standard model because i couldn't afford the luxury

lol, i cant believe you dont like the beige interior. One of the major reasons why i got the black Euro was because of the interior.

I didnt get a luxury either cause for quiet a few reasons. Firstly, i hate leather seats. Secondly, im sick of sunroofs - all my previous bimmers had them and after a while you get sick of them.

So far ive added fog lights to it and im looking into a Xeon headlight setup.

Dont ruin the car with seat covers :p
