Hi Guys,

How you guys doin'? Im kinda new at the forums and havent really posted anything as yet but been reading alot of the Jazz threads by you guys.

Me and my girlfriend just purchased a new Honda Jazz VTi-S (Manual) Vivid Blue colour last weekend. Still waiting for it and hopefully have it by the end of this month. Cant wait... :)

Hi Guys,

The group buy for G-Force coil over order will be finalise in next 2 weeks.

1. Price will be $1445 for all models and I can get most makes and models. normal RRP is up to $2099 and therefore saving is up to $654.00

2. Deposit of $750 is need to confirm the order and is NOT refundable.

3. Once order is placed to manufacturer, it will take approx. 6 weeks. which means everyone will have time to save the rest of money until they arrive.

4. G-Force is new brand which is made by D2 coilover factory and will be identical product/quality with 1 year warranty. Just different color and lable.

All height/36 level damping adjustable and comes with pillow ball upper mount ( some models are not able to have pillow ball upper mount)

so i went into one of the dealers here in perth, and he offered me $24k driveaway for the Vti. then i asked him for $22,500 driveaway and he told me that i will never get that kinda price anywhere! i immediately walked away b'coz i felt he was quite rude the way he answered me. :(

The Jazz I have just bought is a 2005 VTi in auto (vivid blue). It's an ex-demo and has done 7,000km's. I paid $22,000 drive-away, what do you guys think? reasonable?

I was originally gonna buy a 2005 VTi-S in auto (milano red) that had done only 3,000km's for $22,500 - but by the time I had organised my finance, it had been sold :(

I'm kinda glad I am going with the VTi though, because I plan on getting an aftermarket kit for it anyway :p

Your opinions would be appreciated :)

for us guys me and my gf was very lucky.. we've picked up a 2005 jazz vtis manual (vivid blue) for $20k driveaway included our civic si sedan trade in for $3k so if without the trade in a vtis manual will be $23k. which is still pretty gud. i guess the trick is try your best to bargain as much. for us i rang all honda dealers around sydney metropolitan area. and ask what is their best price for the jazz we wanted. and went to the one who was the lowest and dealed with them. advice i guess i have is to look around 1st and see if they have a sale. oh and also we got our in the end of financial year sale.. always a good time to buy new car :)

Does anyone else think that Jazz has a rather limited/conservative range of colours? I'm not really a fan of silver... not a fan of flat white either (I prefer pearl). Black is pretty hot (but so hard to keep clean!). I'd like the red better if it were metallic or pearlescent. I don't like Sirius Blue at all - reminds me of something my grandma might drive. I think right now I'm leaning towards vivid blue.... but it's so hard to choose! :confused:

I'm back to square one. Does anyone have any good haggling tips?

As far as I'm aware, they only do the manual and the CVT-7 auto. The drive-away price of the VTi-S in auto is around $27,000....
The drive-away price for the VTi in auto is $24,380 and for manual it's around $22,000. I'm gonna try to get my VTi in auto for $23,000... fingers crossed!

ash85. I think the VTiS Auto drive away price is too high.. I've got mine driveaway the same price including sunroof and bits and pieces.. I reckon you can get it down to $25K drive away for VTi-S CVT.

Yeah .. not a big fan of the VTi-S Kit.. I like the Modulo tho...

Anyway, answer to your questions.. There is no factory sunroof for Jazz in OZ. There will have to be after market.. Talk to your dealer when you buy the car.. usually dealer has their perferred sunroof installer.. expect to pay between $1500 - $2500.

On the GLi the CVT only comes in full auto mode....on the VTi and VTi-S you get the "7 SPeed" function too.
