B16A head vs B18B which flows better??

heaps. b16a head flows very well. b18b not so well.
but dont really see the point. B18b block isnt that good either. dont know how well it would take the high revs the B16a head is designed for.
might as well go b18c. better value than the head swap which would prob need block strenghtening as well

Your best bet is to do what is called a LS/VTEC swap (DOHC VTEC head on your block) however you will need a VTEC ECU and have to do some wiring for the VTEC solenoid.

why on earth would you have high profile cams running all the time when you have the option of vtec:confused:
of course it will be easier to leave the vtec cams in. compare the options:
do head swap, leave head internals intact
do head swap, open up head swap cams, adjust clearaces, do timing etc

anyway, B18B cams wont fit a B16 head. completely different
