Does anyone know if "Redback" is a good brand of catalytic converters?
I am looking at a stainless steal (inside) high flow cat by redback. Apparently they flow better than normal metal cats due to thinner metal in the honeycomb due to it being stainless.
Any opinions/recommendations?

Redback is a good quality Australian made brand. I had a redback hiflow cat on the Mirage and it was great. Pulled it off the car after 10,000km and u could still see through the matrix
price wise i dont think u can go past xforce
$189 is a bargain

But is the xforce stainless outside skin or actually stainless mesh inside?

the redbacks are the cheaper end of the market. I got a Catco brand i think it is a US make workes well enough. SO long as the cat has a wide body for good breathing that's what counts. They all are made of pretty much the same stuff otherwise they wouldn't be able to pass regulations
