the kit come with, IHI RHF4 Turbo, suction piping, intercooler, oil cooler, e-manage, etc

also this kit is illegal as the installation required to take off the front enforce bar

Tuning isn't an issue...if you can tune an e-Manage, you cn tune the kit...

It shouldn't cost much to install. Depending on how "bolt-on" the kit actually is it should be elatively straightforward.

I am assuming those power figures are at the fly...if you are looking at that sort of power at the wheels, a rebuild would definately be on the cards...
