Drum Brakes to Disc Brakes Conversion

Hey all,

I have a EK CXI Hatch, and wanting to convert the rear drum brakes to rear disc brakes. What items do i need, and how difficult is this task? Is it possible to source all the parts and DIY????? If so, could you guys help me out with a list of goodies that a needed, and some directions that would be greatly appreciated.

This was covered in Autosalon magazine a few years back for the ALLMTR civic.

AEM also do a kit that you can buy in the USA for rear drum to disc civics.......
