They shouldn't give very much gains I'd think.
You could go the Adrian route and fit drivetrain mods instead....

did u notice any gains from the AUS spec 4-2-1?
i've got a set lying around in the garage, was going to them but have opted to go for x-force 4-2-1 instead.

xforce hmmmm but are they definately going to give improvement?
and can you notice the diff. between oem headers to xforce 4-2-1's ?

i doubt the vtir headers would've make little or any difference
x-force headers are just as good as the JDM headers im told, just more "blingy" and cheaper

jdm headers are totally different, they are 4-1 and lighter
96-98 jdm headers were 4-2-1 with 2.5" collector
98 on they were 4-1 with 2.5" collector
they are stainless piping from 96up
even dc2 itr header is better than vtir because of the improved merge in the 2-1 section
also teh 4-2 section has separated pipes, instead of one cast POS

xforce may be "good" but u have to clean up the welds, looks good on outside, but stick yr finger inside n find the problems

spend maybe 4 hrs on it and it'll be good
pay a shop to do that, better off buying a jap header
