what would be better for my 94 model honda civic VTI ,regrinding my cams
or does anyone recommend a different cam , if so how much and where can i buy it from. thanks to anyone who helps me out here

theres a thread somewhere about some guy asking basically the same question as you... i think he was looking for crower cams

hey mate,
You'd get best performance out of putting a new cam in, and having it tuned with a adjustable cam gear.
Problem being that if it's too "hot" it won't work with the factory computer, also a cam's going to work best when you've got other engine work done like head's, intake/exhaust and CR (or boost)
Another thing, if it's too "hot" then you'r going to have a hell of a time at low rev's, but up high it'll scream perfectally :)
i'm assuming you'r from Sydney from your info under your avatar. There's a place called CAMTECH, in the moorebank area, not sure of the address. They're pretty good
