EG Coilovers in EF CRX

Howdy fellas, just a quick question. Can you put EG coilovers in an EF CRX. Suspension in the ef is the same as ed. I've heard the only difference is that the struts are a different length but with coilovers you can adjust the height so it doesn't matter, IS THIS CORRECT? EG coilovers are a bit easier to find second hand that's why i ask.
