what oil to use??

hey guys..
i have ED civic and has done about 194000km....i have being using the shell helix super 20w-50w oil but im not sure if im pose to use that oil.. :confused:
and its about time to change oil..im not use what to use??
if you guys can help me it would be nice :)

try some honda FEO ( from your local honda dealer) - its about $25-30.

Worth it for longevity for ur lil ED .
