Depends on how the extractors are built...
4-1 is for better Top End
4-2-1 provides mid range
Then you have to look into the length of the primaries as well....

not rare - in fact MOST situations a header might give a loss of power*.
*IMO This is tied in with other modifications . . . if your car is stock and you chuck on any aftermarket header you will likely loose low to mid torque ( IE driveability) - but as revs rise and the engine reaches its limits no doubnt due to less restriction there will be increased flow and then increased "peak power".
Modify your car/ECU to suit the new amount of header primary+secondary design , then you can tune and take advantage of that extraflow :)

i allways liked integras wanna c how quik i can get a nonvetc with just bolt on mods, then turbo it when motor needs rebuild with forged internals.

15.6 down the quarter is blardi fast condering youve got a 60ft of 2.6 and with just a CAI. Thats similar to a stock VTiR.

yes that is true, they r the same just difference is weight. the aus type r are mild-steel while the vtir are cast which save around 2kgs.
Wow you went down from 200SX to Integra?
Haha Oh, just read the loan repayments part. Yeah thats harsh mate. Hehe 60ft needs to be 0.00 mate! Just kidding. ;)
