differences: aus dc2r & jdm dc2r

What are the differences between the jdm dc2r and the aus dc2r?

JDM wheels are lighter (and larger?)
Front lights are different
147kW instead of our 141kW. But what is different in the engine and how to reverse this? (I have heard headers)

Someone said that we got the dc2r jdm motor but the headers are different. and that makes a 6kW difference?

Or has the timing also been retarded to account for crap petrol? Does anyone have good info on this?
