Hey guys, does anyone know what the offset would be on my wheels, the 17s, off my VTi Civic Coupe?
Just curious so I can help out a guy with an answer.
thanks

I think that it should be around the 40 mark. Just depends on what width the wheels are; ie 17x7; 17x7.5 etc. Also you can see some of the wheels people are trying to sell that have come off there civics and ask them about there specific offset.
ask the guy u bout the wheels off man

4x100 is the stud pattern (ie how many holes on the wheel that attach to the hub - and the 100 refers to the distance between the holes)
The offset is the distance that the wheel sits from/on the hub. Usually (I think always actually) measured in mm's.

ahhh k i see now. At the wheel and tyre shops they always say offset and then 4x100? Im thinking maybe wheels with this stud pattern all have the same offset and thats why they can say this way? or theyre just smacktards who screw up ther terminology? lol :D
hondas usually have an offset of +40 or +45... that's pretty standard. look here, i posted this couple weeks ago wen i was looking it up too
