is this manifold any good, as oposed to stok gsi manifold??

i don't know how it compares to a stock gsi manifold, but i gained 6kw with it on a vti-r. i've lost the earlier graphs, but from what i remember, the gains were from about 4k rpm and up.

vtir and gsi manifold look totaly different. gsi manyfold looks more like the typeR 1

Of course it is good or else they wouldn't have made it, ONLY if you have the other goodies to make it work to the best it can, like bigger throttle body and most importantly programable ECU. Cams, cam gears and extractors would definately help too. But just on its own you may lose power rather than gain.

any aftermarket intake manifold will benefit a turbo. How much is it worth cos i know i can get an edelbrock one for $550
