Hey guys,

Im planning on installing some ricey indiglo gauges, but of course i have to remove the gauge cluster.

Is this a simple process? Ive searched quite a few places but no luck with results.

Some instructions, tips, pics, any information will be greatly appreciated.

thanks guys

err might not be the same...
but there should be two cluster retaining screws inside the cluster, on the top. once you get them off, grab hold of the plastic surround and yank backwards to unclip it. the whole thing will come out, but you have to unplug the electrical connectors at the back (should be three) before you can remove the whole thing from the rest of the car. after the cluster is by itself, it's just a matter of removing the screws you see and popping the clear protector off the clips. just be sure to remember where all the screws go.
hope that helps :)

Thanks for your replies guys, its great to get some assistance :)

About the gauges, well, ive been looking on many forums for HOURS and i just got back home after picking my bro up.

Im actually thinking of NOT replacing the gauges anymore - but instead, either replacing the bulb with a coloured one or putting a colour cover over the current bulb (i want blue).

Which is the better option u guys reckon? Is the first option do-able? (Are bulbs available?). Also can coloured Cellophane be used?

hm.. well i tried replacing teh bulbs and they werent parkers >.<
they are tiny size parkers .. dunno if they have any led versions of them.

but yeah they have a blue condom thingy over them so if you take them off
you will sorta have a jdm style orange thing going lol

well thats my excuse lol.
