i dont think high 13's is possible with those mods.

No way that quick with that mods.
You'll be lucky to get it into the 14's
Save your money and go boost, achieve much better bang for your buck

what is FI it
FI = turbo or supercharger = upping of the dynamic compression
If u want power NA u gotta up the static compression. A good way to do this is different pistons, rods, thinner headgasket etc etc.
If u want NA power, get a VTEC head, do cams/gears, springs retainers, port and polish everything, new intake manifold, hi-comp forged pistons, rods, balance the crank and top it off with a aftermarket ECU.

shoot. it be easier and cheaper to get a vtec engine transplant!! i might do that get a b18c7
even with b18c i doubt u'll get 13 secs
need some serious dosh if u wanna do 13s with that engine n mods....
just turbo the thing hands down better option than any other mod if u wanna run 13s

that may just be it, it "feels" alot quicker, but with a n/a car, high 13.. wow.
every 0.2 seconds off quarter means more $$ once u start hitting the 14's imo.
"crower cams with springs ect stage 3, 4-1 dc sport headers, aem cold air intake, skunk2 intake manifold 2.25 zorst, 4kg fly wheel and hd clutch,"
fyi, gingangooly with 4-1 headers, toda flywheel n hd clutch, 2.5' zorst, intake, intake manifold and ecu, ran 14.3 in his B18c..... i think u will achieve high 14's with ur mods with some weight reduction..

You will find that a lot of people here are very much N/A enthusiasts, such as myself. But oyu will also find that a majority of them prefer hitting track rather than 1/4 mile.
Plus it still aint cheap.
