hey guys, tonite i noticed my car was blowing out alot of white smoke

what happened was i left my car running for about 10 mins to get it warmed up
everytime i put some gas in it would blow out white smoke
didnt smell like oil, put a rag in front of the exhaust and the rag was still white

i drove around for about 10 mins and then stopped had a look when i revved it and there was no smoke at all

my car is completely stock btw

also got my car serviced at hannys last week so oil, coolant etc should be at the right levels

am i worrying about nothing??

most likely its just condensation

you have nothing to worry about because if there is white smoke consistently then its coolant leaking in your engine but you said that the coolant levels are fine etc

Black = oil
White = water

Correct me if i'm wrong

that should be condensation...
happens to all cars.. when they're cold started..

yeah i did an ecu reset seems to make ALOT less smoke now, thing that sucks if the fuel economy has gone down now.... strange huh?
Any ideas?

sounds like a cold morning start, condensation from water sitting in your exhaust overnight maybe?
Or does this happen every single start?

you shouldn't leave the car warming up for 10 minutes.. that's too long.

happens pretty much everytime ... but the smoke has reduced heaps so i guess thats a good thing
any ideas on why my car is drinking alot more fuel now?
possibly the ecu reset?
