My friend just pointed this out to me today when she was in the car. When i pull or press the button to open or close the window, the lights go dimmer and when u release the button the light goes back to normal.

Does this happen to you guys too???

Don't you know that the bl00dy power windows and power this and that use up a lot of battery power??? that's why when you use these... it affects the power distribution to other eletrical devices in the car... such as main beam.. etc.

I can even hear my exhaust note changes when I use the power windows... or sunroof...

its normal for this to happen. Unless you get a voltage stabiliser like those sold by Apexi and Pivot. These stabilisers will somewhat strengthen and maintain consistent power distribution.

actually, after I installed my pivot voltage stabiliser, the effect is even more obvious......

don't worry asiansquard.... I had that problem before..... just get some lubricant for the window seals....... the reason that your window goes up 3/4 way then came back down is because it thinks there is something jamming up.... for safety reasons, it automatically drops down.....

hope what I said made sense..... :)

mine also doesnt go up automatically sometimes.... and after a while it would work again.... i know this is a common fault for honda jazz.... bring back to the dealer and they should fix, no question asked

Zimp13, this one you mentioned before...

The proper way to reset the auto windows memory is :

1. Push the switch all the way down until the window is down, hold for 2 seconds...

2. Pull the switch all the way up until the windows is up, hold for 2 seconds..

This will reset the auto-windows memory so that next time when you push the button all the way down, the window will go all the way down automatically and not stopping half way...

(This is in the car manual... btw)
