B16a head on B18b block??

any one know of any one such a mod to a b18b putting a vtec head on it,

LS/VTEC is the most common build in the US because they have SOOOO many LS blocks. My favorite is B20/VTEC. I've just finished a B20VTEC for my dad actually.. Turned out quite nice.
