WHite smoke and water......

Since my car accident my car has been sitting in the garage waiting to be fixed for a year now........theres no damage to the engine just the body but just recently ive started my car and let it run for a couple of times now and its still blowing out white smoke and water....anyone know whats the problem???? and also wen i turn off the engine i hear a whistle sound as the engine turns off....

white smoke is steam and the water is well... water (coz the exhaust is cold and the steam turns into water.)

water is normal in a combustion reaction (petrol + Air -> Water + Carbondioxide)

dont worry about it if it goes a way when the engine is nice and warm

i have the same problem.. i think?.. i park it on a hill cause i live in one ov those areas where if i park it on the street some low life **** will steal my car...
but it only happens in the morning until the car is warm then the smoke goes away..
what do u rkn is the problem?
