hi i just bought an ek4 with superlow king springs on bilstein shocks on 195/50/15 rubber.

Ran it hard tonite on some mountain tracks in my area and noticed that on bumpier bits the car seems really really twitchy and bounces aroun alot.

atm i'm currently trying to order some eibach pro-kit springs or whiteline control series (don't like my cars too low...no fun *SCRAPE SCRAPE)

would this make an improvement or degradation to the handling on bumpier roads?

what other components would help in this?

looking for a streetcar that can still be taken to track occasionally...but primarily a streetcar

The bounciness would probably be because your shocks are gone :p

these components would be ideal for a street car with occasional track use
grippy tryes
upgraded sway bar
chassis bracing

as for shocks/springs, get a set that is much suited for you. its prob best to speak to a shop so they get an idea of your driving style and show you what packages they have to offer.

If you really want coil-overs best to get something like TEIN Flex... with some soft spring rates. Or just get soft springs with a good set of shocks like Bilstein, Koni etc.
