It can be done, I just fixed my carbon fibre hood, but You'll have to paint it after.

i sold mine man coz it was cracked im sure a fibreglass guy or boat builder can clear resin over the ****ed bits so at leasts its smooth and stuff

i think you'll find mate that the only bits that are cracked are the resin anyway and prolly not the carbon composite itself

so they simply go over it again and again until its smooth.. like a clear coat then cut it and polish it

prolly would be but woulr require a lot more screwing around best taking it off as the whole process will take a few days. including the polishing etc
