Hi

I was thinking of hooking up a speedmeter to clock my times and was wondering how to hook it up myself. The autoshop people want to charge me $60 for connecting 3 wires, that's just wrong! I do need some help though.

Anyone know where the ECU is located on the car and how to access the wires?
Anyone got a copy of the wiring diagram? How do I connect the IGN, GND and SP? Are vampire clips the best way to go?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

if you don't know how to find the ECU, pls pay the $60.

if they fcuk it up - they fix it for free...

if you fcuk it up, you are going to be spending alot more than $60!!!

I've alawys got customers like that...what $xx just to fix that, what a rip off!! But we have to garantee the work, pay for the insurance, overhead, staffs.......etc. something happen later on you will bring it back and ask to fix it FREE.. all this adds up

medo. lighten up a bit mate.
i would suggest going to the pros regarding something like an ecu which is the brain of the car, esp if you don;t know what to do.
