i don't understand what u're implying..
well since people have done k20 into eg's..
then i'd assume you'd be able to put it in dc2's..

you need more than new engine mounts,
wiring harness, axles, fuelsystem (f/rail, pressure regulator, and new lines), and other small bits to make it work.

There is one currently in production in Melb that i know ... and from what i hear on the "low" theres one happening in Sydney as well in the future
to answer your question it is the same process as putting it in an EG give or take a few minor things. yes it does fit, but you will need alot of custom work. Mounts, axels etc. Theres heaps of info out there search around .. not just this site

The K20 engine is a fantastic engine, the technology and potential power a k20 engine can make are marvelous, forget the B engine, if you can afford it go K ! and Yes it will fit !!

^ yet i have heard of many k20a engines having problems with internals, the build quality doesnt seem as good. also for the cost of a k20a swap u could do ALOT to your b18c

K20 Engine problems do tell ! They don't like constant 8800RPM but which is why there rev limited to 8200 or 8500rpm but apart from that i haven’t herd of any engine problems with the k20 engine, and iv tuned 100’s K20 engines not 2 mention all my Hondata dealers around Australia… K20 all the way ! its the future of Honda Engines.

i can't remember off the top off my head. alsothese weren't modded engines either, they were dead stock other than like a mugen intake or someting.
anyway will ask him and get back to ya

Mugen intake on a standard ECU on a standard DC5, unless the engine hydo locked it should have lasted many many many years....the K20 is very very strong, although anything can happen…

it fits, but the oil pan clearance to road clearance is small
FunkyR

might as well put a K20A into a lotus elise....
it fits, but the oil pan clearance to road clearance is small
still way better than h22a clearance.

the K20A really goes well with the DC2 chassis and the Ek as well
they PULL other cars EASILY
ive seen lots of videos of k20A EK's pulling Neon SRT4s and Stock Evo8s
and just watch the bestmotoring American Touge..
the K20A eg out paces the Supercharged S2000

While I would love to transplant a k20A into my DC2R, My concern is the sump and header clearance :D Especially because I like my car low, I already have some clearance issues.
