b16 rear main seal

gotta change my clutch tomorrow and also my rear main seal and bearings all one go..
just wanna know.. ive got a JDM 1st gen b16.. would the rear main seal be the same as aus spec b16s ??

and what bearings should i change ? thrust and pilot bearing ?

the B16 blocks are the same, order seal accordingly.

change both bearings for the gbox, clutch, theyre cheap so dont skimp

i got quoted $312 exedy standard HD duty clutch
$7 for the pilot bearing
and $38 for seal

seems like a good price yeh ?

yeah, good price, you gotta match the clutch to the gearbox though, if you havent already...
