Cold Idle Problem

Just wondering what might cause a b16a with Type R TB to idle really low when cold. It almost stalls when the revs are raised the dropped (say, when clutching in for a set of lights) but picks up to just about 1000RPM. once it gets a little warm its fine and sits back at around 1200RPM till completly warm.

throttle adjuster screw might be slightly offset for the usual b16a throttle body - but for the small increase in airflow into the larger throttle body - maybe adjust that back or forth to normalise your idle speed ?
