are eyelids on eg civic defekt?

hey guys...
i was just wondering if the eyelids for a 94 EG civic a defekt...??
just purchased a pair and wanted to see if i would get defekted for it?

as always it depends on the copper but yeah its a defect (afaik)

yes it is....
since for any car the head lights are designed specifically to meet certain standards, placing eyelids over them obstucts the amount of light projected. therefore defect - to make it simplier, anything thats not stock on your vechile its a defect. cops can dick ya for the most stupidest things sometimes, so put them on at your own risk, and also depends on the coppa.
