EG sedan body kit probs

hey people
i got a prob,
i bought a body kit for my car,
but the side skirts don't fit, it's about 3-4 cms short?
has anyone ever had this problem?
do you fit it over the original skirt?
and do you have to modify anything to get it on?

any help is greatly appreciated.

well the front/rear bar, fitted okay.
but the side skirts don't fit too well =/
i could always modify em to make em fit.
but i was just wondering if anyone has had any problems.

is the side skirts made of fibreglass?

yeh just sounds like they are the wrong ones.
they arent sposed to be 40mm too short thats for sure.
