The side body mouldings are pretty easy to remove, just take off your door trim and there are little clips that you squeeze and the trims pop off.

Definately remove all things you can, it makes for a much better paint result.

If you can get hold of a helms manual for your teg, will tell you how to remove everything on your car.

I can make you a copy if you want!

1. slide the roof mould towards the rear windscreen (held on with slide clips) grip the mould by the ends
2. not sure
3. not sure
4. remove door trim. you will see it is held onto the door by 3-4 clips. be careful. they can break easily
5. remove door trim, use plies to remove clips. be careful not to bend the moulds too much
6. not sure

hope this helps

don't the side window surrounds just pop straight off? on an older car plastic tends to get a bit brittle so be very careful with the clips etc.

isnt it disposible?
like when every car is re-sprayed u have to go through that process?

DO not break the door moulds! I did. It is was a very stupid mistake.

Before you break anything ring Honda and find out what there worth!
Once you find out the price of replacing these, you will be treating them like gold.
