maxim works vs jdm itr 4-1 header

which is the better header for a b18c-r? i searched and read some posts where the maxim works header isn't really that highly regarded. am i better off with the jdm itr 4-1?

jdm itr 4-1 header is dyno proven to have gains over the aus itr 4-2-1 header. As for maxim works, what the?

tnx, it's nice to feel welcome :) maxim works is a japanese company, their header for the b18c is the same as the jun 4-2-1 header. i got this header used, but i read some negative comments about this header, so i'm looking for more feedback on it

if you've already got it why not try it out and see for yourself? It can't be worse than standard can it?

I've got JDM 4-1 on my typeR, cant give any negative comments on it at all, best mod I've done to my car by far.

low range is the same as the AUS 4-2-1, mid range is improved and vtec-high end is a f**k load better :)

I am using maxim works header now. It is a Art. It can give me more torque. I love it at all. No complaint. The tuner said: It is a very good header. It can give you faster acceralation. The air flow of the header is very good.

My friend had jdm headers on his B18c and he loved them, as for maxim works im not to sure.

in that case i know what they are, the finish on them are very clean... as for performance he hasn't said much about them to me but he hasn't had any other headers except stock ones to compare with.

i have a jdm itr header and didn't notice any difference with it compared to my old 'hurricane' header...

and it's for sale for $400 if anyone is interested.
