Hi, i would like to know more about this Honda City.

eg, models-years.

i was told there is a turbo version that pulls 13's.

which honda city are you referring to?
is it the GD8(L15A vtec)? or the SX8(Type Z with a d15bvtec) body?
these are all in ADM (Asian Domestic Market ) only. from yr 1996-2003

the type Z City pulls around low 15's with I/H/E mods only...

The mugen tuned single make race series honda citys did a 13.5 sec 1/4 from 1200cc.
