good street tyre with resonable price

anyone have other brand of tyre? which one do you think have good performance!

what is your 'reasonable' price?

i have Firehawks at the moment, not too bad and under $200 for 205/45/16. but if you are willing to spend a bit more, like $230 per tyre, then better off with F1's, G3's or potenza's. i quite like the F1's, but they are a soft compund and i tore through them regularly. ive head good things about yokos but they are more expensive..

avs 100? , dont know them sorrie.. unless your talking about avs es100. haha

from prices i found recently in 195/50/55...
bridgestone potenza g3's about $125 fitted/ corner
yoko cdrive (replace of a539's i fink) about $135 fitted/ corner
yoko es100 $150/$150+ fitted/ corner.
toyo tpg $128 fitted/ corner. (if you were in syd. eg5-trader- jdmyard does them for $109 fitted/ corner)

also store prices change from store to store alittle to alot. GL... also i fink if you get any of these tyres youll be pretty happy, and you can also try a different set next time around...

$130 is a good price for them if it is AVS ES100.. might be right?? never know though cuz might be trying to get rid of alot of stock they have.

no i dont fink a539 was a track tyre.. just a good street tyre, es100 is more of a "street/track" tyre. they will hold up better forsure.

yes , the price is quite good, and I heard one of my friend using Toyo T1 or something and he said that the performance is very good and I saw the tread is very aggressive! want to try that as well.....is here anyone using TOYO or anyone have some friend using it, I want same comment on it!

yeah the price is good cause its a weird size..
go back to the same shop and ask them about 205/50/15 and see the price difference... even 195/55 is alot more...

I dont know why but 195/50/15 are always alot cheaper...

hahah i run toyo's... ahahah.. t1r is the tyre your refering too. good street. i got tpg's.. .. also good street for less than t1r's.

i rather toyo or yoko than bridge g3's anyday.. hahaha
