Hey just wondering if anyone has done this conversion and if so if you have some step by step instructions to explain how to do this

The instructions should come with the Kit when you buy from reputable companies like Flying Performance etc..

ive got DIY instructions for an EK sedan.... i dont think it will work with an EG though....different lifting mechanism.... only takes 2 hinges, some bolts and 2 locks....
can get all the stuff at a hardware...

yo i just done it today!!:) on my ek sedan. was a bit of bitch casue had to figure out what i was doin... but once u know wat u doin is easy.. looks the shiznit dude!! ill post some pics soon so u can see how i did it.

Have a look at this ebay link to get the idea:

Instead of the boot being hinged near the windscreen you move the hinges so it opens upwards.
