Hey guys, Im planning on getting either the Euro standard manual or dc5r and I cant make up my mind! One car is fast/sporty/sexy and the other is soo nice/luxury/comfort.. Im planning on getting the dc5r 2nd hand or if the euro, brand new from dealer.. so hard to make up my mind!

Anyway, just weighing out the pros and cons of both cars, does anybody know which one is more fuel efficient? i.e. xL/100KM?

according to honda, the type r is more fuel efficent
not entirely sure, but to what i remember is
8L/100km ish or a bit less for type R
and 9.6L/100km for euro

just get type R it'll go harder! lolz
cause you'll get the recaros, the almighty k20a, LsD, u also get an exceptional car

Euro would looked hot pimped, with big rims, and fully lowered, and a big 2.4L
however the Type R would be faster.

but then again it depends on you situation and what you need
ie/ family, comfort, track days, etc

um the dc5r wouldnt hammer the euro..you would be surprised just how quick the euro is...i have seen as fast as 15.2 sec quarters for the euro STOCK.and someone i know has clocked 15.5....

no way the DC5R is 8L/100kms, unless its freeway.

It's roughly 9.5-10L/100km IME.

They are 2 very nice cars, it'll be a hard decision that's for sure. I see the Euro as a 4 door DC5R lol

If i was in your shoes, I'll get wait a second hand Luxury Euro, If the price was right, Getting the standard Euro is nice, but the Luxury has so much more for just a bit more

it really depends what u want the car for..
if you want performance over luxury.. get the dc5..
if you want luxury, have alot of passengers, planning a family soon.. get a euro..

imo, i'd get the dc5r as they're less common, and they look the goods..

or you could always go, the dc5s .. dc5 with luxury..

And this is also new car vs second hand as well... nothing beats the feeling when you get into your car and breath in that new car smell...

I gave my friend a semi run b4 with my euro... i pretty much got hammered :( But I did have more people in the car then him :p

Even though technically I think the dc5 will use less fuel but when i drive the dc5 I am more rev happy then when i am driving the euro.
