Stuffed my clutch

hey guys, my clutch is very stuffed right now. When i take off it sounds like im riding the clutch, for like 20 seconds. And it does it in the middle of gears sometimes too. Anyone know what could be wrong, and if worst case is true, how much is a new clutch roughly?

new clutch approx $600 ? correct me if i wrong. i think ur clutch is just slipping ? and its time for a change.

Depends what type of clutch you are after, a heavy duty clutch installed should be around the $600. Depending on what brand you go for, type you choose & what workshop you take it to.

Not sure how to link threads, but don't toda racing have good exedy clutches for cheap in traders???

ahh yes i see *holds back anger over not being able to get the new amp saving for*. Well id like to get a good one, no cheaping out for me, though its only a gli so it doesnt have to be THAT good lol. Any suggestions?

just get a OEM clutch + pressure plate from honda.

if your after a bit of a performance gain, put a lightened flywheel in while your at it. save your self on t he labour cost later on (if you decide to install one at all)

SOHC non vtec engine on a sedan with chromies and sound system..... dont think its ever going to go very fast haha but yeah thanks for the tip. i figured coz this car is slow ill rice it up and enjoy myself. Next car is gunna be ALL performance tho! cant wait!
