Hey all,

whats the chance of a honda dealer having a thermostat for a 92 civic si instock?

if they would how much would it be approx?

Call up your local Honda Dealer, ask for spare parts.

With regards to stock, only the Honda dealer is going to know. And as for price, no offence to anyone here but your likely to be given 10 different replies.

i just went there on my lunchbreak...

$57 for a thermostat..f that....

where else can i get a non oem one from?

super cheap? repco?

actually just another thing, i have another d16a8 motor just stiing at home, its got a thermostat, if i check it and it works do ya reckon i could just use that one? the engines only got 120k on it

Well obviously you'd have to check it first ;)

But try a few different dealers for prices......maybe even try a wreckers (they give warranty). But why have to go through the same problem again eh Anthony?

non oem is bout 30 last time i asked, 50 is cheap. buy the best one.

its only 20 bucks

i just bought a theremostat from autobarn and paid 20 bucks, your probably looking at around 30 to 50 bucks for OEM!

i went in very recently and got a "Si" thermostat from a honda dealer. It was $55 ish.

ffs how would we know ?!
