Changing head ligh Buld on a 5th Gen?

could any one give me some pointers etc?
I have looked and i am stuck.

its really easy. take off the rubber, undo the plug, release the metal clasp that holds the bulb in, take out bulb. put new bulb back in. Dont touch the bulb with your skin, wear gloves if u have to.
