Hey guys
Is it worth changing to DC sports headers or stick with my jdm 4-2-1 headers?

Keep in mind future mods will be cams, computer and i bit of headwork.

Really after h22a owners that have taken the NA route.

This probably belongs more in the prelude forum

It really is not worth changing. The JDm headers are good enough for your application. Youd be better off investing the $ in headwork.

lol, wyn probably moved it due to the fact that the h22a originally came out of the ludes and therefore the thread may be viewed by people who may have more experience or knowledge about the question your asking.

JDM ones are most best to keep.. even audm ones for the H22A are pretty good.. compared to others available in Australia.. unless u want mugens for $1500 or so..

well i have a friend with the h22a conversion done on an accord and it pulls 141kw atw with skunk2 stage 1 cams.. straight through exhaust and custom made CAI. and apparently his using hurricane headers and not his stock jdm one.

im sure the jdm is better than the hurricane one so stick with that and save ur money on ur head work like LSD Motorsports said.

Save your money. The OEM honda headers are better than most AM ones.

To see any worth while gains you will need to get something up market like Mugen, Kamakazi(4-1), or SMPC.

Yes i,ve got a set of maximworks extractors for my HONDA ACCORD,because JDM accords come with h22a,s you can get them for accord spec or prelude spec i think the only diff is where the surport hookes are located between the 2 cars are different.TO veiw the product go to
www.centraxauto.com.au
Hope this helps they are a work of art if you appreciate quality workmanship.

here are mine..
they work very good.. havent tested them on a dyno on anything
but the gains where very noticeble with just CAI and headers..

when u have stock ones.. u gain alot low end.. etc..
with these. u can absoltely feel low end has weakened but has gained in top end :D

also. looks the goods too in the bay..
