what could you expect to pay for a 99 civic hatch in QLD? gold HP Designs 17s, veilside front bar, buddy club sideskirts and rear bar, 148+ dB alpine stereo, 120k highway km's and also lowered on whiteline springs! Is this thread in the right section. any ideas would be helpful.

Just check around on car websites, newspapers, magazines to get a rough idea of what it should be worth.
Compare this one to others that you see, and you will get an idea of what you personally should be paying for this vehicle.

remember to ask if the owner has the stock bits and pieces. Its always important.

Modified cars normally do not command extra money over standard cars. Sometimes less money as it appeals to a much smaller dempgraphic.

www.carsales.com.au will have heaps to compare I am sure.

The Red book does not set the market at all. It is merely an extremely rough guide to price, and a great source for specifications.

if your willing to pay 16k for that cxi, there's a black ek4 vtir in eight miles plain dude for bout 16k as well. done roughly the same amount of km'z.

Modifying a car is like throwing money into a pond lol, except you get much more joy and satisfaction with the car option.
Stay away from $16k mate, less than $12,000 would be my offer.

Yeah 12K is pretty average... I'm selling mine around that price, completely stock... some cxi's in NSW are asking for too much though...
