yes can be done at home.. i did mine at home..its not that hard....

Word of advice: Use the oven if you're game as the hair dryer takes ages.

a solder actually works quite week if u got a steady hand... a SMALL solder...with a THIN head

my mate did the DIY on his ek and it look hot. give it a go if you think you are up to it, just don't destroy a perfectly good set of headlights lol

it looks hard but its not really, it just takes patience, and time...

dont rush and it should turn out sweet, it will take about half a day but it really depends on how long u let the paint dry for after u paint it

Nah it's really not that hard.
I bought a spare set just in case I stuffed it up...and ended up with two sets...

Does take a bit of time.

All in all I reckon it's worth it though.

If ya take your time and use the oven (like the others said) the finished result looks awesome... make sure you use mat black paint.
