How can i remove Fibreglass off a OEM Bumper.

Ive got a aftermarket lip fit into my stock front bumper and it looks like they either glued it with silicone or used the bit of fibre to dry onto the bumper or both:( Just wondering if any1 knows how to remove and the best way to remove fibreglass of a stock bumper. and if its possible, seems like alot of elbow grease is needed.. :p :thumbsup:

if its glued on then you gonna have to get a stanley blade and cut the glue away from the lip. go the the hardware store you get stuff that eats the silcon away.
