Is it just me
or is it really hard to get lips in AUS for a DC2

i look on honda-tech and there all other the place comptech etc.. etc..

im talking for the pre face lift 94-97 and also 98-01 etc..

for example theses lips

a few ppl have said just get the oem type R lip lots of money and dont know if its gonna fit a 94

i have emailed carmate with one they have listed no reply

the only other thing i can think of is overseas order which shipping wise is gonna cost

im not gonna talk about group buys as it against rules

got my oem lip for around $300 bux from honda already colour coded...(facelifted)

aftermarket ones are usually for the pre facelifted model....try car mate ?

but yeah prob focus more on the pre face lift 94-97

casue i dont think the oem one will fit a pre face lift right...
has anyone tried casue if it does ill just get one of thoses, plastic oem would be better than carbon would break easy anyway

i emailed carmate a while ago and it took them a couple days (maybe a week) to reply. the lip was imo abit expensive for fibreglass so i didnt bother with it. cant remember the price, sorry.

i'mn looking for a lip too.. for a facelifted '98 model. damn.. 300 bucks for a small piece of fibreglass which will probably get scratched and broken within the 1st month is madz! haha

The mugen replica was widely available back in the day (this was 1996 mind you) I had one on my car.

well I have been out of the game for a while. This kit was not hard to find back then. Carmate had it as well as a few other shops in NSW.

Jetspeed are crap but they have a wide range.

I know the melbourne jetspeed owner's wife had a fair bit of attitude.

Just take a run up and kick her in the box. That will knock the wind out of her sail.

oh yeh good old Alan Mak.

His kits are pretty good quality compared to alot of the other operators.

I have bought a bit of stuff of him in the past and he is fine to deal with as well.
