ecu change...

hey guys, i have hade a obd2 ecu connected to my b16b engine only till i could get my hands on a b16b ecu.
now that it has finally come, can anyone install it for me?? this requires a harness or loom change! reason being that when i plug in the b16b ecu, the car turns over but doesn't start... any help would be great!

Fabian, speak to Bao. He'll tell you exactly whats wrong and what you need. B16B never came out as OBDI as far as I know, so it MIGHT be a prob with it being OBDIIa or OBDIIb? not sure
