Offset Question

I'm trying to figure out if my mates rims will fit on my 2000 DC2R.

His wheels are 15 x 6 JJ with a stud pattern of 5x114 and offset of +32.

I have searching for an answer but dont quite understand how offset works.

So will these rims fit or are they going to scrap?

I know that the offset +43 is perfect for both audm dc2 and dc5. But I dunno what happens when its more or less...
