will 19" x 8 rims offset 45 fit fine on a accord '94?

quite possibly with that offset, but it might just be flushed with the fenders.

i know 7.5" with +42 offset's alright, with a few mm clear of the fenders.

it will be very, very tight...the inner side of the rim may foul on the suspension. 8" wide with +40 offset fits with only a few mm to spare
