I'm currently getting more oversteer than under so I need more downforce...

How much of a difference does the spoiler make...

A major difference. If you take it off it will demolish your manifold like in fast and the furious

and no, wont make a difference unless ur travelling at high speeds. if u wanna correct under/oversteer probably look into sway bars, new sussy, etc... ie look in the new handling forum
